Al Kharj Avenue - P059
Project description:
An iconic project located at a prime location along King Abdullah Road in Al Kharj City and amid a group of high-end commercial showrooms. The total built up area is around 8,000 sqm of which a mezzanine floor of around 1000 sqm was located at the front and left side of the building. Two walls were fully block walls, while the other two walls were covered with cladding and glass, all supported by the steel structure.
SSS Scope of Work: Supply and erection of steel structure and roof sandwich panel.
Al Awwad Warehouses - P011
Project description:
A warehouses located at Sulay Area - Riyadh. The total built up area is around 75,000 sqm with 12m eave heights and 35m free interior spans.
SSS Scope of Work: Supply and erection of steel structure along with single skin roof and wall sheeting and insulation.
Al Qadisiyah Plaza - P051
Project description:
The project located at Dammam Road - Riyadh. The total built up area is around 10,000 sqm divided into two buildings, one of them occupied by Panda hypermarket and the other one by Al-Hokair amusement park.

Bait Al Shawermah Mezzanine Structure - P119
Project description:
A 1,400 sqm mezzanine structure built in Existing old RC structure located at Khurais Road - Riyadh. The uniqueness of these 1,400 sqm mezzanine is not only due to the difficulty of installation within bounded area crowded with existing RC columns, but also due to the very squeezed time frame for completing the supply and installation which was done on time.
SSS Scope of Work: Supply and erection of Chemical Anchor Bolts, steel structure and decking panel.
